    Hypothesis is

    H0:p = 2/3

    Ha:p not equals 2/3

    (Two tailed test for proportions)

    Alpha = 0.10

    For 90% confidence level Z critical = ±1.645

    Test statistic = - 2.44

    This lies outside (-1.645, 1.645)

    Hence reject null hypothesis

    b) We should reject null hypothesis.
