Well since you want to round the 2.549 to 3. You'll be able to remove the 9 at the end and make the # 2.55. Then you'd rounded the 5 at the end to make the # 2.6. After you do that since the last # is a 6 you can rounded the 6 up to the highest whole #, which would be 3.

I think that's what you where talking about.
