If f (x) = 2x2 - 5 and g (x) = 3x + 3, find (f - g) (x).

    2x² - 3x - 8

    note that (f - g) (x) = f (x) - g (x) = 2x² - 5 - 3x - 3 = 2x² - 3x - 8
