Assume that no interaction occurs between house size (x1) and number of bedrooms (x2). does number of bedrooms (x2) confound the relationship between house price (y) and house size (x1) ? why?

    Yes, x2 is probably a confounding factor because it changes the size of the rooms in a house of a given size. Room size probably affects the price.
