Harold bought 3 pounds of red apples and 4.2 pounds of green apples from a grocery store, where both kind of apples are $1.75 a pound how much did harold spend on apples?

    12.60 because 3x1.75=5.25 and 4.2x1.75=7.35 and if you add 5.25 and 7.35 it equals 12.60
