A farmer's cat ran up a tree,

Which was seventy feet and three;

Every day he went up eleven,

Every night he came down seven.

Tell me, if he did not drop,

The day the cat would reach the top.

    He would never reach the top because anyhow he came down seven everyday if he didn't drop.
