There are 2C (2,2) C (14,6) ways to order the 16 people with 2 from 1 tribe in the first 2 positions (C (2,2) C (14,6) ways for either tribe), out of C (16,8) total orders.

Therefore;

Probability = 2C (14,6) / C (16,8) = 7/15

= 7/15
