Three times the smallest of three consecutive integers is six less than the largest. Find rhe numbers.

    Let the numbers be x, x+1 and x+2

    Then:-

    3x = x + 2 - 6

    3x - x = - 4

    2x = - 4

    x = - 2

    So the 3 integers are - 2, - 1 and 0. answer
