-133=7 (1+5m)
Multiple the bracket by 7
-133=7 (1) + 7 (5m)
-133=7+35m
Move + 7 to the other side. Sign changes from + 7 to - 7.
-133-7=7-7+35m
-140=35m
Divide by 35
-140/35=35/35m
m=-4
Answer: m=-4
