The first house has the longest driveway by 5 feet

1) You must change the 7 yards and 9 ft to just feet. We can do this by measuring the conversion. 1 yard = 3 feet.

2) Now that we know this conversion, we can change the 7 yard and 9 feet to feet. In order to do this we multiple the 7 yards by 3 to get how much feet are in the 7 yards. When we do this, we get 7 yards = 21 feet. Now we add 9 to 21 to get the total legth of the second driveway which is 30feet.
