11/4 divided by 9/8
=11/4 x 8/9
=88/36
If you simplify that you get 2 4/9

The answer is 2 4/9
You can do this by dividing the top fraction from the bottom
11/4 : 9/8
= 11/4 * 8/9
= 88/36
Then simplify that fraction to 2 4/9
