To convert all fractions to decimals there are two simple steps
1. Divide the numerator by the denominator
2. Round to the nearest tenth, hundredth, thousandth whatever. (If Necessary However)
But to get 2/5 to a decimal just divide 2 : 5 by the 5.
Which equals 0.4
