Blake thinks the solution to the equation 4=6-2x is - 5 is he corect? explain

    He isn't correct. Blake added 6 to both sides instead of subtracting 6 from both sides which gave him 10=-2x - --> x=-5 isn't correct. Instead, he should have subtracted 6 from both sides and then divide. the answer would turn out to be x = - 2
