I've never done this type of problem before so I might be wrong but I think the answer is 20420352.25 cm

I just took the circumference (204.2035225) and multipled 100,000 which seems too simple to be right

    204.28 km

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Circumference of the wheel = 2 (3.142) (32.5) = 204.23 cm

    1 turn = 204.23 cm

    100,000 turns = 204.23 x 100,000 = 2043000 cm

    2043000 cm = 204,230 m = 204.28 km
