    A) L = 2W + 11

    B) 2 L + 2 W = 118

    A) L - 2W = + 11

    Adding A) and B) we get:

    3L = 129

    Length = 43

    B) 2 * 43 + 2W = 118

    B) 2W = 118 - 86

    B) 2W = 32

    B) Width = 16
