    ax^2 + bx + c = 0

    (-3,0), (4,0); (2,-20)

    =>

    9a - 3b + c = 0

    16a + 4b + c = 0

    4a + 2b + c = - 20

    =>

    a = 2

    b = - 2

    c = - 24

    => 2x^2 - 2x - 24 = 0
