To make it easier first simplify the fractions
6/10 divide the top and bottom by 2 to get 3/5
2/100 divide the top and bottom by 2 to get 1/50
Now make the denominators the same
keep 1/50 and change 3/5 to 30/50
now add 1/50+30/50 = 31/50
