    A) 5x + 2y = 13

    B) - 9x + 7y = 19 We'll multiply equation A) by - (7/2)

    A) - 35/2 x - 7y = - (91/2) then we'll add equation B)

    B) - 9x + 7y = 19

    -53/2x = - 53/2

    x = 1

    2y = 13 - 5

    y = 4
