0.07 is 7 hundredths, and can be represented as 7/100.
7/20 = 35/100 (or 0.35) 35/100 ≠ 7/100.
Multiplying both the top and bottom by the same number, the ratio will not change, like how one half, 1/2, is equal to two quarters, 2/4.
