Buy 4 of Tetra fish and 4 Cichlids

    Step-by-step explanation:

First you can figure out that if u buy 8 of the tetras, you will have 60 left. Then finding the difference of price between the fishes, you get 14. Then dividing 14 by 60, you get 4.28. This means you can replace 4 of your Tetras with Cichlids. Therefore you will spend 96, having 4 left
