The answer is 40/21 or 1 19/21 as a mixed number.
4/7+1 1/3=
1 1/3=4/3
4/7+4/3=
4/7 times 3/3 = 12/21
4/3 times 7/7 = 28/21
The common denominator is 21, I multiplied the fractions by 3 and by 7 because 3 times 7 = 21 and 7 times 3=21.
