    1.8 m

    Step-by-step explanation:

the scale drawing of the quartz layer is 2 cm high and 24 cm long.

As sen, the height of layer is 0.15 m

it means, the height 0.15 m is equivalent to 2 cm.

So, 2 cm is equivalent to 0.15 m on scale

    1 cm is equivalent to 0.15 / 2 = 0.075 m

On scale length of the quartz layer = 24 cm

    Thus, the actual length of the quartz layer = 24 x 0.075 m = 1.8 m
