7/9 / 4/1 (4 is 4/1)
To make it easier you can multiply the reciprocal of the dividend instead of dividing. Basiscally you flip the numerator an denominator to get a reciprocal.
7/9 * 1/4 = 7/36
7/36 is you answer. Since the fraction can't be simplified equally anymore, this is your final answer.
