5x+2 (1-x) = 2 (2x-1)
5x+2-2x=4x-2
4x - (5x-2x) = x
2+2 = 4

x = 4
Step-by-step explanation:
We do like:
5x+2 (1-x) = 2 (2x-1)
5x + 2 - 2x = 4x - 2
or 3x + 2 = 4x - 2
3x-4x + 2 = - 4x+4x - 2
or - x + 2 = - 2
and - x+2 - 2 = - 2 - 2
or - x = - 4
and x = 4 is the solution.
Have a good day.
