    Let length be l and breadth be b.

    l = 4b. (I)

    Perimeter: 12.5 km

    Perimeter, P = 2 (l+b)

    P = 2 (4b + b) = 12.5

    4b + b = 12.5/2

    5b = 6.25

    Therefore, b = 6.25/5

    = 1.25 km

    Now, from 1,

    l = 4*1.25

    = 5 km

    Area = l*b

    = 5*1.25

    = 6.25 km^2
