First things first ... Add up all your common factors
which is - 11x and 2x, Since 11 is negative you subtract
-9x+18
This is your final answer because it cannot be simplified anymore

First, add the two multiples that have an x together. Since the eleven is negative, it will come out to 9x, and that pretty much gives you your answer.
Your answer is - 9x + 18
