Mila factored m2 + 12mn + 144n2 as shown. I know that since the first and third terms of the trinomial are perfect squares. This means that m2 + 12mn + 144n2 = (m + 12n) 2.

Is Mila's strategy correct?

    I dont think the strategy is correct because 12n and m cant be added together because the variables are different (m and n)
