Rewrite this expression to simplify it without changing its value what is 1/7 + 1/6 + 3/7

    the least common multiple of 7 and 6 is 42, so we can multiply the fractions so the denominator=42.

    1/7 + 1/6 + 3/7

    = 6/42 + 7/42 + 18/42

    now we can add

    31/42.
