    Choice B

    Exactly 1 solution

    Because:

    First we must disrupte

    3y+27=12y+13

    Next we switch one number to the other side

    27=9y+13

    Now we must switch the other number

    14=9y

    Now we must solve by dividing 14 by 9

    y=1.555

    This is one solution, so we now have our answer.
