For what values of x is the graph of y equals 2 divided by the quantity 5 minus x concave upward?

    y = 2 / (5 - x)

    There is an asymptote at x = 5 and for x values less than 5, values of y are negative and approach negative infinity.

    For values x > 5, y values come down the graph from positive infinity and they stay positive and tend to 0 as x approaches positive infinity.

    So the graph is concave upward for x values greater than 5.
