    For number one it would be 5/13 and for number two it would be 40%

    1 is 5/13 because with her 8 out of 13 win chance, still she'll have a 5 out of 13 lose chance

    2 is 40% because his 60 out of a 100 chance still leaves a 40% chance of him losing
