    Consider the coordinates of X, Y, Z, and W.

    The given coordinates are X = - 8 , Y = - 6 , Z = - 1 and W = - 5.

    We have to determine the length of segments XY and ZW.

    XY = Y - X = - 6 - (-8) = - 6 + 8 = 2 units

    ZW = W - Z = - 5 - (-1) = - 5+1 = - 4 units

    Since, the length of the segments are not equal.

    Hence, XY and ZW are not congruent.
