The lengths of the legs of a right triangle are 6cm and 8cm. What is the length of the hypotenuse

    The formula for a right triangle is a²+b²=c² in which a and b are the legs and c is the hypotenuse.

    So 6²+8²=c²

    36+64=c²

    100=c²

    10=c
