Two equivalent ratios for 4:3 is:
4:3 =
a) multiplied by 2 = 8:6
b) multiplied by 3 = 12:9

4:3. I can then take that and multiply both numbers by let's say 7 to get 28:21 or by 3 to get 12:9.
so it is 12:9
