Ida needs to hire a singer for her wedding. Singer A is offering his services for an initial $80 in addition to $13.45 per hour. Singer B is offering her services for an initial $83 in addition to $12.35 per hour. When will the two singers charge the same amount of money?

    A=13.45x+80

    B=12.35x+83

    13.45x+80=12.35x+83

    1.15x = 3

    1.15 1.15

    x=2.61

    The two singers will charge the same after about 2.6 hours
