To dilate the figure ADL by the scale factor of 2

To the scale factor of 2, means that all the coordinates 2 times larger

So multiply the coordinates by the 2.

    A (-1,-1) - > (-1*2, - 1*2) - > (-2, - 2)

    D (0,2) - > (0*2, 2*2) - > (0, 4)

    L (3,1) - > (3*2, 1*2) - > (6, 2)

    ∆ADL dilated by the scale factor of two = A' (-2, - 2), D' (0, 4), L' (6, 2)
