    So plug in 10 for r which would give you 3 (10) = 10+5s the multiply 3x10 so you should have 30=10+5s you want to get 5s by its self to subtract 10 to both sides so you should get 20=5s them divide 5 to both sides and you get s=4

    S=4.

    3r=10+5s

    Substitute the value of r=10

    =3 x 10=10 + 5s

    =30=10 + 5s

    =30-10=5s

    =20 = 5s

    =20/5 = s

    =4.
