you must loosen the sleeves on the tie rod assemblys so you can adjust them--both sleeves!--turn left tie rod sleeve one turn out (lengthen) and turn right sleeve in - -to shorten = do this one turn at the time equally! and check your wheel position--repeat until wheel is straight-lock down sleeves--or take it back and make them lick their calf over until the job you paid for is to your satisfaction!
