    460 minutes

    Step-by-step explanation:

    plan 1 :.14 m

    plan 2: 23 +.09m

    set them equal

    .14m = 23 +.09m

    subtract. 09m from each side

    .14m-.09m = 23 +.09m-.09m

    .05m = 23

    divide by. 05 on each side

    m = 23/.05

    m = 460 minutes
