    (Btw, how can 3,200 move away if only 2,500 in the town? Are you sure it isn't the other way around? The answer is still the same) 2500 to 3200 The change is 700, so you do 700/2500 = 0.28. Turn that to a percent and the answer is 28%

    I think the decrease would be 125%. Sorry if I'm wrong, I did some math for five minutes
