A 25 foot long ladder is proper against a wall at an angle of 18° with the wall. How high up the wall does the ladder reach?

    Cosine 18° = adjacent / hypotenuse = Wall height / ladder length

    Cosine 18° = Wall Height / 25

    0.95106 = Wall Height / 25

    Wall Height = 23.7765 feet
