    The formula is (new-original) / original.

    (139,000 - 126,000) / 126,000

    = 13,000/126,000

    =.103

    Now, convert the decimal into a percent by moving the decimal two places to the right and including the percent sign.

    .103 = 10.3%

    Answer: 10.3%
