Egyptian system of writing numbers : It was a system of numeration based on multiples of ten, often rounded off to the higher power, written in hieroglyphs and they has separate symbols for every multiple of ten.

Advantage of Egyptian system of numbers over the one we use today:

Finding Sums is easy : Their base 10 system is easy for modern people to understand, as the decimal base is still in use. The symbols for each power of 10 are different and as a result easy to distinguish.

Disadvantage of Egyptian system of numbers over the one used today:

Requires Much space : While some Egyptian numerals are impractical due to their length. Requires much time : It was time consuming to write Egyptian numerals. Difficult to add : Due to numeric length and character limitations, it was difficult to perform mathematical computations.
