Yes it is.
1.5m is greater than 145cm
to convert 1.5 to cm, it will be 1.5*100=150cm and convert 145 to m, it will be 145:100=1.45m.

Yes it in fact is. There are 100 centimetres/cm to 1 meter. Given that information, 1.5 meters is 150 centimeters to 1.5 meters.
