The formula for Velocity (speed) is delta x / delta t or a change in distance (magnitude) over a change in time. The formula goes as follows X^2 - X^1 / T^2-T^1 so 300-120/55-15 - -> 180/40 - -> 4.5 m/s (avg. speed).
