Marcus baked a loaf of banana bread for a party he cut the loaf into equal size pieces at the end of the party there were six pieces left explain how you can find the number of pieces in a whole loaf if Marcus told you that one third of the loaf was left use a drawing to show your work

    If one third of the loaf was left and there is six pieces left you multiply 3*6=18

    There was originally 18 slices of bread
