    So if we put in the variables in the formula:

    distance = rate * time

    The variables are:

    rate: 300 mph

    Time: 7 hours

    So,

    Distance = 300 * 7

    And then just multiply.

    Distance = 2100

    So your answer is

    2100 miles.
