First we have to find the half of Linda's age that is half of 10.

Half of Linda's age is half of 10 that is 5.

And 4 year older's than half Linda's age is 4 more than 5 that is 9.

So if Linda's age is 10 years, than Henry's age is 9 years and the correct option is the first option.
