    The Answers is

    g (x) = (x + 1) / (x - 2)

    h (x) = 4 - x

    g (h (x)) = (4 - x + 1) / (4 - x - 2) = (5 - x) / (2 - x)

    g (h (-3)) = (5 - (-3)) / (2 - (-3)) = (5 + 3) / (2 + 3) = 8/5

    g (h (-3)) = 8/5.
