Determine the number of solutions for the system of equations y=2/3x+4 and y=2/3-x2

    2/3x+4=2/3-2x

    2/3x - (-2x)

    2/3x+2x

    2 2/3x+4=2/3

    2/3-4=-3 1/3

    2 2/3x=-3 1/3

    (3 1/3) / (2 2/3) = 1 1/4

    x = 1 1/4

    y=2/3-2x

    y=2/3-2 (2/3)

    y=2/3-4/3

    y=-2/3

    The answer is (1 1/4, - 2/3)
